If a brand is not created, Grabsign will use its branding. You can create your brand in brand settings. In our Business Plan, You get two brands. Brands use the account email as the company email. So make sure you buy Grabsign from your company email address. You can also use your team member’s email as a company email.
Branding allows you to customize the email sent to your clients. You can add your company name, tagline, email title, email body, logo, and redirect URL in the brand settings.
The admin can control that the employee can access the brand or not. You can set a brand as default in the brand settings.
